POLICE IN THE SCHOOLS PROGRAMS
The Hickory Hills Police Department continues to make its presence known in our grade schools as well as those High Schools which serve our community. While visiting Glen Oaks and St. Patricia schools, Officer Sodaro teaches 4th graders that until they reach the age of 12, the should always travel in the back seat and ALWAYS wear their seat belts.
When visiting Stagg High School as well as Argo High School, Officer Sodaro speaks to driver’s education classes. This way, students have an opportunity to learn first-hand what happens when they violate the rules of the road.
